Our son has been training here for almost a year. The growth we've seen has been clear, not only in his technique, but in his confidence and focus. It truly feels like a community.

This place literally changed my life. I'm 53 years old and had never done MMA or BJJ before. Since walking through the doors here in December, I've lost 40 pounds of body fat, gotten significantly stronger, and earned my first BJJ stripe.

Gabriel Batista

My son trains here in both jiu-jitsu and striking, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The coaches do an excellent job making kids feel comfortable while still challenging them to improve.

Stevie Minner

Roni Eulo

My son has been attending since he was days before turning 5 years old, almost two years ago. He started out very shy, but he has grown in confidence that he just didn't have prior to joining the kids jiujitsu class here at Condition One.

I've been training at Condition 1 Combat Center since May 2024, and it's been an incredible experience. It means a lot to me that this gym is owned and operated by a fellow Marine veteran. The instructors all have technical expertise and a passion for teaching.
