Spring Shadow is a residential neighborhood between Spring and North Houston. Students from Spring Shadow make the short drive to Condition 1 for our expert-led combat training programs. At Condition 1 Combat Center, we make it easy for Spring Shadow families and individuals to access world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training.

Our facility at 606 Rayford Rd, Suite A, Spring, TX is 15–25 minutes from Spring Shadow. We offer flexible class times Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 8:30 PM, and Saturday mornings — designed to work with busy family schedules.

New students start in our fundamentals curriculum covering positions, escapes, and core submissions in a no-pressure environment.

Drilling and Technique

Each class includes technique instruction and partner drilling to build muscle memory for the moves that matter most.

Live Rolling

Once fundamentals are solid, students apply their skills in controlled sparring (rolling) against partners of all levels.
